Guide to buying online using the Logotron Shopping Cart

All Logotron software products can be bought or ordered on-line using our secure online shopping cart.

Schools can:

• Order product using E Learning Credits (until 31^st August 2008)
• Order products with a 30 day evaluation invoice

All customers can:

• Order products online for delivery to any UK address or abroad
• Purchase products online with a credit card payment and get instant delivery of the product, as a E-download over the Internet

First Choose the product that you wish to purchase.

Check out the Search option on the front page of our website.

Type in the title you want in the search box, for example, Revelation Natural Art.

Once you are on the product page you require, look out for the buy now button so that you can add the product to your shopping cart:

Click on the buy now link and you enter the first screen of the shopping cart:

Choose the number of packs you wish to order and, if applicable, the number of licences you wish to order at the same time.

Click on the download choice you require then click on the Buy button to access the Secure Shopping Cart page. (See later notes for Downloading Product directly.)

At the Stage 1 page, check that the order quantities selected are correct.

Click on the Go to checkout button to access the Stage 2 page where you can enter address details:

Ordering products using E Learning Credits

In the second half of this page click on the box to show that your order is to be paid for with E-learning credits. Click on More info for details.

Click on the E-download link button and fill in the details for your school. Tick the box to confirm that you have read and agree with Logotron’s terms and conditions for sale and click on the Confirm order button to access the Stage 3 page.

Check your order is correct and then click on the Send order button. The Stage 4 screen will appear. Please print out this page and keep for your records as proof that you have placed an order.

Your goods will be delivered within 4 - 5 working days with a 30 day invoice which can be paid using E-Learning Credits.

Order products with a 30 day evaluation invoice

If you are a school, or already have an account with Logotron, ordered goods can be sent to you with a 30 day invoice. You can use this 30 day evaluation period to try out the software. After 30 days a statement will arrive requesting payment for the goods sent.

Refund policy

All Logotron software is supplied with an unconditional 30-day guarantee. Simply contact our Customer Service Department on 01223 425558 ext 798 within 30 days of your purchase and you will be advised of our returns procedure. Please always contact us before returning software. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order products online for delivery to any UK address or abroad

If you don’t already have an account with Logotron, don’t worry, you can still order products online using a credit card on our secure payment site.

At Stage 2 choose the option to pay by credit card and click on the Confirm Order button to go to Stage 3 where you can check your order.

At Stage 3 click on the Pay Online button to enter our secure site where you can enter your credit card details ready to purchase the items you require.

You can pay in Euros, Pounds Sterling or US Dollars and choose a variety of Credit Card options. On the Secure Payment page you can then fill in your card details and click on Make Payment when you are ready.

Goods will be sent within 4 - 5 working days from receipt of your order with payment and you will be emailed confirmation of your order.

Purchase products online with a credit card payment and receive a 20% discount off all E-download Products*

Many Logotron software titles are now available in Electronic format and can be downloaded instantly from the website (complete with PDF versions of all documentation). And, because there is no physical pack being sent, we can include a 20% discount off the usual pack price, plus there is no postage and packaging charge to pay.

From the start screen of the online catalogue choose the Download Product now option and click on the buy button.

Go to the checkout and fill in your details on the Stage 2 page. You’ll need to choose the pay by Credit Card payment method.

At Stage 3 check your order and click on the Pay online button to access the secure Shopping cart page where your credit card details can be entered.

Goods will be sent within 4 - 5 working days from receipt of your order with payment and you will be emailed confirmation of your order.
